AFFILIATION

The Church of Saint Clement is affiliated primarily with two main bodies

The Anglican Diocese of the Southwest is made up of 26 congregations in southern Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and throughout the country of Mexico.

The mission of this Diocese is to support our Congregations in extending the Kingdom of God by presenting Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit through proclaiming the Gospel and making disciples. We seek to support each other in this-our common ministry- through: prayer, bible study, education, worship, fellowship, church planting, and youth ministry. We strive to be unified through prayer, church planting, revitalization, youth ministry, and fellowship.

What is anglicanism?

Anglicanism is a worldwide body of Christians responding to God’s revelation through Jesus Christ. Anglicanism brings together the authority of the Bible, the historic faith, and the beauty of structured prayer.  It is rooted in tradition, yet contemporary in practice. It is united in substance, yet diverse in expression. We are a global family living out our faith in local communities.

Members of the Anglican Church in North America are in the mainstream, both globally and historically, of Christianity – the biblically-faithful way of following Jesus and being part of the “One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.”
